We offer comprehensive construction and design solutions including Residential & Commercial Construction, MEP (Mechanical, Electronic & Plumbing) Integration, and Creative & Functional Interior Design & Build services.
Payment is made via bank transfer with the following conditions:
First payment: 10% down payment of the project value
Second payment: 50% upon manufacture of interior materials
Third payment: 40% upon delivery of goods and installation of interior
All interior requirements will be handled at our workshop to ensure the highest quality, and will arrive at your home ready to install.
Project duration varies based on scope and complexity. A residential project typically takes 3-6 months, while commercial projects may take 6-12 months or more. We'll provide a detailed timeline during the consultation phase.
